About this role

We're seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to build and maintain the core infrastructure of our antidetect browser platform. You'll work on scalable systems that handle millions of requests while ensuring security, performance, and reliability.

This role involves designing APIs, managing databases, implementing security measures, and collaborating with frontend and mobile teams.

What you'll do

Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs
Architect and optimize database schemas for performance
Implement security measures and authentication systems
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions

Qualifications

5+ years of experience building backend services and APIs in Node.js or similar environments.
Strong proficiency with TypeScript and modern JavaScript tooling and build pipelines.
Experience designing and operating REST and/or gRPC APIs that serve production traffic.
Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
Familiarity with caching, messaging, and distributed systems concepts using tools like Redis or message queues.
Experience running services in cloud environments such as AWS, including containerization with Docker.
Solid understanding of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and secure coding standards.
Experience mentoring other engineers and contributing to architecture and technical decision-making.
