About this role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Operations Analyst to drive our marketing campaigns and optimize user acquisition strategies. You'll work with data-driven approaches to maximize ROI across various marketing channels and platforms.

This role combines analytical skills with marketing expertise to ensure our campaigns reach the right audience effectively and efficiently.

What you'll do

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and user acquisition metrics
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting systems
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Manage marketing technology stack and integrations
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams on growth strategies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or marketing analytics roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL and spreadsheet tools for deep-dive analysis.
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and attribution or tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to design, run, and interpret A/B tests and incrementality experiments.
  • Comfort collaborating with product, sales, and design teams to translate insights into actionable roadmaps.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.
