About this role

We're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to build and maintain relationships with our key enterprise clients. You'll work closely with large organizations to understand their needs and ensure they get maximum value from our antidetect browser platform.

This role combines relationship management, strategic planning, and deep product knowledge to drive long-term partnerships and growth.

What you'll do

  • Manage relationships with key enterprise accounts and stakeholders
  • Develop account growth strategies and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature requests
  • Negotiate contracts and manage renewals and upsells
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer needs

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales for B2B SaaS or infrastructure products.
  • Proven track record managing and growing strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Comfort analyzing account health metrics and building data-informed account plans.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, manage multiple stakeholders, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
